MANCOSA (Pty) Ltd invites suitably qualified and motivated South African youth to apply for the Customer Management Learnership (BANKSETA). This learnership provides an excellent opportunity for graduates with a finance background to gain valuable workplace experience while developing essential customer service and financial industry skills.

ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP

The Customer Management Learnership is designed to equip learners with practical exposure and theoretical knowledge aligned with the financial services sector. Successful candidates will be placed in relevant departments based on their qualifications, interests, and organizational needs. This programme aims to enhance employability while contributing to skills development within the South African financial services industry.

Learners will gain hands-on experience in a professional environment, develop workplace readiness, and receive structured learning support throughout the duration of the programme.

DEPARTMENTS OF PLACEMENT

Learners will be placed in one of the following departments:

  • Credit
  • Insurance
  • Sales
  • Learning and Development

Placement will depend on the learner’s qualification, academic background, and aptitude.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have a completed qualification with a finance major
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must fall within the youth category (18 – 35 years)
  • Must be available and willing to commit to a 12-month learnership contract
  • No prior work experience is required; however, experience in a financial role will be advantageous

  • Basic knowledge of financial concepts
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

STIPEND

Learners will receive a market-related monthly stipend for the duration of the learnership.
